Programme in detail

Day1
  • Transfer Cairo to Bahariya by minibus (365kms).
  • Arrive in Bahariya Oasis at about noon. Optional lunch at hotel.
  • Afternoon: visit local antiquities by minibus.
  • Overnight: International Hot Spring Hotel***.

Day2
  • Black and White Desert Safari by FWD vehicle.
  • Black Desert, off-road.
  • Lunch-picnic on route.
  • Crystal Mountain.
  • White Desert, off-road.
  • Camp overnight in White Desert.

Day3
  • Meet the minibus at the asphalt road and continue via Farafra Oasis to Dakhla.
  • Visit Roman temple at Deir al-Hagar and ruined mud-brick own of al-, which lies on Roman foundations. Desert Lodge Hotel***, Dakhla.

Day4
  • From Dakhla to Kharga by asphalt via Balat old village and archaelogical sites of Baschandi.
  • Overnight at Sol Y Mar PIONEER Resort

Day5
  • Visit Hibis Temple, Bagawat Necropolis and the New Valley Museum.
  • Transfer by minibus from Kharga Oasis to Luxor and the hotel of your choice.
